Dr Gareth Griffiths is a biochemist at Aston University, joining them in 2005 from the University of Bristol. He was awarded the Rising Star of the School of Engineering in 2007. He’s also a member of the European Bioenergy Research Institute (EBRI) at Aston University.
His research interests lie in lipid chemistry/biochemistry and their applications in the fields of bioenergy, medicine and polymers.
